19th Century Willowbrook Village

Future Plans for Willowbrook Museum Village

The Future

The Village has recently undergone two rigorous evaluations. Willowbrook was awarded a grant through the Institute of Museum and Library Services to participate in an overall institutional museum assessment (MAP I). The second was an assessment of the Museum’s marketing plan performed by Executive Service Corps of New Hampshire.

The recommendations made during both of these projects have been implemented into the Village's strategic lon-range plan.

Museum exhibits are being revised to address specific themes and to provide more information for visitors.

A variety of changing activities, demonstrations and events are being scheduled to supplement exhibits.

A wide variety of programs and heritage craft and trade workshops are being offered.

Funding provided through grants awarded over the past year will be utilized to

develop a series of hands-on family friendly activity stations throughout the Village.

You can be a part of Willowbrook’s future—support us by visiting, spreading the word about this wonderful Museum, by purchasing a membership or making a donation. E-mail us for more information.
